1. ”人机耦合“英文怎么说？
科大讯飞反复解释和强调说他们的目标不是取代人类，而是人机耦合，以求共同发展。
“The advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) technology by iFlytek Co does not aim to replace people and the company repeatedly emphasizes the pursuit of "human-machine coupling" for common progress, the Chinese information technology company said in a statement sent to the Global Times on Friday.”
2. “AI同传”是什么？可靠吗？
把人类解放出来，让我们干一些更重要、更有价值的事，这是好事，但是最近一个科技资讯类公众号发文称讯飞科技的AI同传是骗人的，（因为）根本就没有什么AI同传。
“An official WeChat account focusing on technology news said that iFlytek's AI-powered real-time interpretation is just a gimmick as the "smart interpretation" does not exist.”
“同传”我们可以说simultaneous interpretation，“AI同传”不能直接说AI simultaneous interpretation，只能说AI辅助的实时口译AI-powered real-time interpretation，比如计算机辅助翻译是Computer-Aided Translation(CAT)。
当然极其简单的交流AI-powered real-time interpretation可以做一些，但是稍微有点难度的是不可能做到同传的。但是笔译在trados等翻译软件的辅助下会大大提高翻译速度和效率。
这起事件最早是知乎上一位同传爆料的。这位同传发现讯飞科技的AI同传是先语音识别口译人员的翻译，然后通过机器把翻译投放到荧屏上或读给听众。
“An interpreter named Bell Wang, who was one of the interpreters at a meeting held in Shanghai on Thursday, found that iFlytek's AI-powered simultaneous interpretation was created as the device first recognizes the interpretation by the interpreters, which then was projected on a screen or spoke to the audience through machines.”
the interpretation by the interpreters：by可以表示归谁所有，比如经济学人里面这样用：That is the finding of a report by the World Economic Forum. 这是世界经济论坛一份报告中的发现。The world’s rural population will peak in a few years then decline by 2050, according to the report by the UN’s population division.
科大讯飞没有事先告知同传译员，他们的口译内容会通过机器语音识别投放到会议现场屏幕上，也没有告知他们直播的同传是科大讯飞的机器在读他们的口译内容。
“Wang said that the company did not inform him and his partner that there will be subtitles created by automatic speech recognition on the spot, nor tell them the live simultaneous interpretation refers to the iFlytek machines reading their translated script.”
字幕我们可以说subtitles，比如《延禧攻略》火到了海外，那自然就需要其他语种的字幕了，这时候就可以这样说To make "Story of Yanxi Palace" accessible to non-Chinese speakers, subtitles will be added to the show in many markets.
live simultaneous interpretation直播的同传， translated script直译就是翻译的文本，那这里肯定就是指口译内容。
3. “怀疑侵犯知识产权”英语怎么说？
这位同传抱怨的原因很简单，但是在维护翻译人员的权益，每位译员也希望自己的翻译成果得到更多人的认可。而且口译内容也是属知识产权保护范畴，若要使用，请先得到对方的批准。
“The company was suspected of infringing on intellectual property rights as it used Wang and his partner's translations without getting their approval, said the report.”
AI technology is employed to help people instead of replacing people, the company noted.
记住侵犯是infringe on，后面的介词不要漏了，比如有人侵犯了你的版权，你就可以起诉他。 if someone infringes on your copyright you can sue him.
人机耦合是好事，但是正确的宣传姿势很重要，切勿夸大AI，切勿夸大AI翻译。翻译本就是个辛苦活，一些公司想法设法在少算字数，如果再有某些误导人的夸大宣传，估计有些人还以为我们翻译人员在干着机器可以干的活。
Liu Dingding, an industry analyst based in Beijing, told the Global Times on Friday that "it is reasonable for iFlytek to combine people with machines to provide better services due to some complicated situations such as recognizing different accents from various places."
But what matters is how iFlytek promotes its product, Liu said, noting that if the company advertises that 100 percent is powered by the AI technology, it would be a public fraud.
"Companies in the industry should be honest and must not exagerrate their technology to deceive the capital market," Liu said.
最近听说科大讯飞和译员双双发声，确认无造假，是没有沟通清楚的原因。科大讯飞方面回应称，科大讯飞从没讲过AI同传的概念，始终强调是人机耦合的模式。
虽说如今事件在双方沟通后逐渐收尾，但是这次应该也吸收了不少教训，以后在公关和宣传的时候应该会更加严谨。不然这样的负面新闻估计对谁都不好，只能是两败俱伤。
