我们先来看看维基百科对“网红”的定义：

In the context of present celebrity culture, an Internet celebrity, blogebrity, cyberstar, online celebrity or Internet personality is someone who has become famous by means of the Internet. The advent of social media has helped people increase their outreach to a global audience.

从这个英文释义中，我们可以看到几个不同的表达：Internet celebrity / blogebrity/ cyberstar /online celebrity / Internet personality。

网红当红时期我们已经知道怎么表达了，那么，“过气网红”应该怎么说呢？

我们重点来看has-been这个词。

has-been：a person or thing considered to be outmoded or no longer of any significance，指一度有名（成功或重要）的人物，曾红极一时的人物，过气名人。

Yahoo上曾报道过这样一篇文章：

These Has-Been Celebrities Still Charge Staggering Fees Per Appearance

文章开头说道：

Even celebrities who are past their prime charge a ton of money.

即便是过了黄金期的名人他们的身价依然很高。

下面列出的艺人，他们都因某种原因而被列入黑名单/受冷遇，以至在娱乐圈的地位一落千丈，发展势头也逐渐慢了下来。

从上面的两个例子中我们可以总结出，“过气”可以表达为：

has-been celebrities/celebrities who are past their prime/celebrities that have been blacklisted/celebrities that ended up on the blacklist。
