母乳喂养

Breastfeeding is the normal way of providing young infants with the nutrients they need for healthy growth and development. Virtually all mothers can breastfeed, provided they have accurate information, and the support of their family, the health care system and society at large.

母乳喂养是为婴儿提供健康成长和发育所需营养的理想方式。事实上，如果获得正确的信息，有来自家庭、卫生保健系统以及整个社会的支持，所有的母亲都可以哺乳。

Colostrum, the yellowish, sticky breast milk produced at the end of pregnancy, is recommended by WHO as the perfect food for the newborn, and feeding should be initiated within the first hour after birth.

作为世卫组织推荐的新生儿完美食物，微黄而粘稠的乳汁在孕期结束时就已经产生，应该在婴儿出生的头一个小时里就开始母乳喂养。

Exclusive breastfeeding is recommended up to 6 months of age, with continued breastfeeding along with appropriate complementary foods up to two years of age or beyond.

建议纯母乳喂养直到6个月。继续母乳喂养至2岁或更长时间，同时要补充其他适当的食物。
