最近大家应该都知道“两会”正如火如荼地召开当中，所以博译来蹭一蹭“两会”的热度，来给大家科普一些内容~

什么是两会？

两会是对自1959年以来历年召开的中华人民共和国全国人民代表大会 （the National People's Congress）和中国人民政治协商会议（the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference）的统称。由于两场会议会期基本重合，而且对于国家运作的重要程度都非常的高，故简称做“两会”。从省级地方到中央，各地的政协及人大的全体会议的会期全部基本重合，所以两会的名称可以同时适用于全国及各省（市、自治区）。

第十二届全国人民代表大会第五次会议和政协第十二届全国委员会第五次会议，分别于2017年3月5日和3月3日在北京开幕。

We should move faster to establish robust long-term mechanism for promoting the steady and sound development of the real estate sector, with multiple levels of demand being met primarily by the market, and basic housing support provided by the government.

The river chief system was introduced for all lakes and rivers across the country, and the mechanisms for compensating for ecological conservation efforts were improved. Reform has given new impetus to economic and social development.
