外长王毅怒斥外媒记者，现场翻译+纽约时报翻译

外交部长的回答原话：“我对这位记者刚才涉及中国的问题要做一个回应。你的提问充满了对中国的偏见，和所谓不知道从什么地方来的傲慢。我是完全不能接受的。

原译文加批注：“I want to make a response to the questions asked（raise这个词好像更正式点，而且有一种提出一个问题或难题让某人应对的感觉！而ask大众点，只是问问题，希望从某人那里得到答案或信息！） by this journalist about China. I have to say that（我觉得不需要加前面这些，直接斩钉截铁地说后面的部分，更能体现部长对这位记者问题的看法，显得更有力度） your question is full of prejudice against China and arrogance. I don't know where that comes from(译员这儿明显有点紧张，多说了个where和are，最后的译文好像还是不对）. This is totally unacceptable（纽约时报里面加了to me，从翻译本身来说，我感觉显得更严谨点，因为只unacceptable翻译为“这是无法接受的”，体现一种客观事实，而原话”我是完全不能接受的“ 里面的”我“字体现出的是一种主观，当然翻译成“ This isunacceptable"也有它的好处，说明这是我们都无法接受的一个客观事实。个人观点，欢迎探讨！）. 

纽约时报的译文：“I want to make a response to the questions that the journalist has just raised concerning China.Your question was full of prejudice against China and an arrogance that comes from I don’t know where. This is totally unacceptable to me.  

后面的我大概也写了下自己的看法，更多地方你们自己看看感悟下吧，感觉口译人员这次真紧张了，大家对比学习下即可，所有人都不是神，还是有很多需要我们学习的地方：

外交部长的回答原话：你了解中国吗？你去过中国吗？你知道中国从一个一穷二白的面貌把六亿以上的人摆脱了贫困吗？你知道中国现在是人均8000美元的一个世界第二大经济体吗？如果我们不能很好地保护人权的话，中国能取得这么大的发展吗？你知道中国已经把保护人权列入到我们的宪法当中了吗？

原译文加批注：I have to ask whether you understand China（这位译者似乎很喜欢用I have to这个表达，不过感觉有点多余，直接问Do you understand China? 更加有力度）. Have you been to China? Do you know that China has lifted more than 600 million people out of poverty? Do you know that China is now the second largest economy in the world from a very low foundation (原译文把这个漏了with $8,000 per capita）? Do you think development is possible for China （应该是without 句型的虚拟语气，假设，应该改为would be possible, 当然纽约时报的译文更加有动态感和力度）without  protecting(这个好像也有点紧张，读成了protection吗?) human rights? Do you know that China has written (incorporate更好点，把...纳入）protection and promotion（好像增译了) of human rights into our（主语用了China，那这儿从语法本身来说，应该是its) Constitution?

纽约时报译文：Do you understand China? Have you been to China? Do you know that China has come from a poor and backward state and lifted more than 600 million people from poverty? Do you know that China is now the world’s second biggest economy with $8,000 per capita? If we weren’t able to properly protect human rights, would China have achieved such great development? Do you know that China has incorporated protecting human rights into its Constitution?

外交部长的回答原话：我要告诉你，最了解中国人权状况的不是你，而是中国人自己。你没有发言权，而中国人有发言权。所以，请你不要再做这种不负责任的提问。中国欢迎一切善意的这种建议，但是我们拒绝这种无端的指责。” 

原译文加批注：And other people don't know better than Chinese people about human rights condition(之前看政府报告，人权状况好像用的是record） in China. It’s the Chinese people who are in the best position to have a say about China's human rights situation. So I would like to suggest you （这个词好委婉，不能体现强硬的力度，可以看看底下纽约时报的译文）that please don’t ask questions in such an irresponsible manner（紧扣原文的话，应该是纽约时报的翻译的好）. And（我感觉and用的有点多，导致力度下降了不少） we welcome all good-will suggestions, but we reject groundless accusations.” 

纽约时报译文： I want to tell you that it’s the Chinese people who most understand China’s human rights record — not you, but the Chinese people themselves. You have no right to speak on this.The Chinese people have the right to speak. （原译文漏掉了这个）So please don’t raise such irresponsible questions again. China welcomes all well-meaning suggestions, but we reject all groundless accusations.”
